Microsoft ISAPI
This seems to have died before I got going. The problem is I found the ISAP API a bit neekly and so encapsulated everything it some fairly complex classes. So when I came to write this I discovered that I had really forgotten everything about ISAPI and I could only write about:
Production of C++ classes for ISAPI, which is a rather dry subject, and the part I have most forgotten.
Use of the said classes which by now, no way resemble the original ISAPI.
If I knew someone actually read any of this stuff I would be very tempted to add something.
End
